Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only eligible for store credit, which must be used within 30 days of issuance.
- A return request must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, packaging materials, invoices, and shipping receipts must be included in the return package.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Used, washed, or damaged items.
- Products without original packaging, invoice, or tags.
- Returns requested beyond 10 days from the delivery date.
Return Process
- Contact us at contact@ladakhy.com or submit a return request via our Help Center on the Website.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging, invoice, and tags.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges, duties, and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Ladakhy is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping. We highly recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your product for another, follow these steps:
- Initiate a return for store credit (as per the return policy).
- Use the store credit to place a new order for the desired product.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on the exchanged item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will remain valid for future purchases.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Inspect the package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, refuse the package or note the issue on the delivery receipt.
- Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package by emailing contact@ladakhy.com with clear photos of:
- The defective/damaged item
- The original packaging
- The invoice and order details
- Our team will review the issue, and if found valid, we will:
- Replace the product at no additional cost, including covering shipping.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit, including return shipping costs.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping.
- If a cancellation request is made before dispatch, you will receive store credit for the full order amount.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Additional Notes
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Ladakhy reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria.
- If a customer repeatedly returns items or violates our policy, we may limit or refuse future orders.
